Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or submit a partnership inquiry, how we use it and the choices you have. The website is for healthcare organizations, not patients, and is not designed to receive patient information.

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

503 Pharmacy Network (“503 Pharmacy Network”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a network of independent, state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies that partner with clinics, medical practices and telehealth organizations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information when you visit this website (the “Site”) or submit a partnership inquiry through it.

This Site is intended for healthcare organizations and their representatives. It is not a patient-facing service, and it is not designed to receive prescriptions, medical records or other protected health information (PHI). The pharmacies in our network handle patient information under separate policies and the applicable federal and state laws, including HIPAA where it applies.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit the partnership inquiry form, we collect your full name, your clinic or company name, your work email address and your phone number, together with any message you choose to include when we follow up with you.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • Device and browser information, such as your IP address, browser type and operating system;
  • Usage information, such as the pages you view, the links you click and the date and time of your visit;
  • Campaign and referral data, including UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers (for example Google Ads gclid, gbraid and wbraid) attached to the link that brought you to the Site. We store these values in your browser so that we can attribute your inquiry to the campaign that generated it.
Please do not submit patient information. The inquiry form is for business contact details only. Do not enter patient names, prescriptions, diagnoses or any other health information. If patient information is submitted by mistake, we will delete it on discovery and ask you to use the secure channels we provide during onboarding instead.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential partnership between your organization and the pharmacies in our network;
  • To set up and manage onboarding, provider portal access and ongoing account communication once a partnership is established;
  • To measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and improve the Site;
  • To protect the Site, prevent abuse (for example spam submissions) and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the information you submit through this Site for purposes unrelated to the business relationship you have asked about.

4. How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the Site and respond to you:

  • The pharmacies in our network. Your inquiry may be shared with the member pharmacy or pharmacies best placed to serve your practice and the states you cover.
  • Service providers. We use third parties to host the Site, deliver and store inquiries in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, send email and measure advertising (for example Google Ads and Google Tag Manager). These providers process information on our behalf and under contractual obligations to protect it.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, regulation or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of 503 Pharmacy Network, our network pharmacies, our partners or others.
  • Business transfers. If a member pharmacy or the network is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

The Site may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking, to understand how visitors use the Site and whether our advertising leads to partnership inquiries. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google’s personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com. Disabling cookies may affect some features of the Site.

6. Data retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to evaluate and manage the business relationship, to comply with legal, regulatory and accounting requirements, and to resolve disputes. Campaign attribution data stored in your browser is retained only in your browser and can be cleared at any time.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the business contact information you have provided, or to stop contacting you, by emailing partners@503pharmacynetwork.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we have collected and the right to request its deletion. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

9. Children

The Site is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information through the Site, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to websites operated by our network pharmacies or other third parties. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page shows when it was most recently revised. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
